• We are constantly keeping an active cooperation with Microsoft on resolving bugs.
• User interface of our software is developed with consulting of usability expert.
• Before a product is released, hundreds of voluntary beta-testers test it in work conditions and make sure it works perfectly on all OS versions and with all main browsers.
• Professional customer support team promptly solves users' problems and answers any questions.
• We attend not only to the software functionality, but also to localization. Only native speaking translators translate our products, and we always use special software to test correctness of the interface translation.
